This video is the creation of the excellent (and patient) Ursula Woods together with cinematographer Jacon Collings.

Dana Endelmanis plays Gill Person, EWAH is the Performer, and Arabella Barwick did hair and make-up. Jethro Pickett was the assistant. The video was shot in Hobart, Tasmania.

For all the difficulties this song brought me (or, that I brought on myself using this song), now, I have this beautiful video made by these very talented people who gave everything in their art and performance to accompany it.

I am very happy (and relieved) to announce that “Augsburg”, from the forthcoming album Slink Away, will be released on Friday, May 21st.

“Augsburg” is about looking for things in the wrong places, and making the same mistakes again. It encapsulates the album in a single song.

I’ve been sitting on (and stewing over) these songs and this album too much and for far too long. I hope there is something to be found in it all. xx
